Shortbread Crust
 1 cup butter
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 2 cups flour
 pinch of salt
Lemon Filling
 4 eggs, beaten
 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice(one lemon gives 2-3 T of juice) if you microwave for a bit, then roll the lemon, it releases more juice.
 2 cups granulated sugar
 4 tbsp additional flour
 1 tsp baking powder
Crust

Mix together the four crust ingredients. Press into greased 8" pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Lemon Filling

For the filling: Combine eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and baking powder and pour on crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes more.
