3 cups oatmeal
1 cup wheat germ
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
¾ cup oil
1 cup water

Mix wet ingredients together, then add dry ingredients and form into a ball of dough. Roll out very thin between two pieces of saran wrap. Place on cookie sheet and score crackers into long rectangles, approximately 1"x2". Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
