1 can of mandarin oranges, drain off juice
1 -2 packages of cream cheese
1 -2 cups of sour cream
¼ -1/2 cup of sugar

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and sugar together, fold in the fruit. Put in a decorative mold and freeze. Slightly thaw before serving so it can be cut a slightly easier.
