 1 Medium head cauliflower (2 lb)Broken into flowerets
 1 cup Sour cream
 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
 1 tbsp Flour
 2 tsp Chicken bouillon
 1 tsp Dried mustard
  cup Walnuts
 ¼ cup Fine dried bread crumbs
 1 tbsp Butter, melted

Simmer cauliflower 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, flour, bouillon, mustard. Spoon over cauliflower. Mix walnuts, crumbs, and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake til hot and bubbly 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
