2 Small heads broccoli(or 2 boxes of frozen)
3 tbsp Butter
⅔ cup Fresh Romano cheese
3 tbsp Whipping cream
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg

Steam broccoli until tender. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Put broccoli,
butter, and cheese in food processor. Add the cream gradually to the desired consistency.
Purée til smooth, scraping sides as necessary.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spoon into baking dish.
Heat in oven.
Serve with a slice of lemon.
