This sauce goes well with pasta, chicken, or seafood.
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Basil, chopped
3 Large Roma tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 qt Whipping cream
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup White wine
Salt and pepper

Sauté garlic, basil, and tomatoes in olive oil.
Add wine. Reduce heat slightly.
Add tomato mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cream. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
After cream has reduced by 1/3 add cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve warm over pasta, chicken, or sea-
food.
