I got this recipe from my friend Stacie McGregor, she is a wonderful cook and these bars are amazing!
Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each egg. Add vanilla and mix well. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Spread dough onto parchment paper lined or well greased 13x18 baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for only 15 minutes. It may not look done, but sets up when cool. Don't overbake or it will be dry. Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Mix butter and cream cheese, vanilla and almond extract and pinch of salt together until smooth, slowly mix in confectioners sugar, if to thick to easily spread add milk 1 t at a time.
