1 Stick butter
½ cup PecansMix with pastry cutter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Powdered sugar
9 oz Cool whipMix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in cool whip spread over crust.
2 Packages pistachio instant pudding
3 cups MilkWhisk together. Pour onto cream cheese layer.
