Jill’s recipe

3 lbs HamAsk butcher to grind
1 ¼ lbs Ground beef
2 Large eggs
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup Milk (or more)
3 Cans tomato soup
2 cups Brown sugar
⅓ cup White vinegar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Meat balls: Mix thoroughly ham, ground beef, eggs, crackers, and milk. Form into balls.

Sauce: Mix brown sugar, vinegar, dry
mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Form into balls.

Place ham balls in pan. Pour sauce over meat. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
