 1 ½ lbs Pecans
 2 Egg whites
 1 cup Sugar
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ½ lb Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Bake pecans on a large sheet pan for 30 minutes. Cool.
Increase oven temperature to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites to form stiff peaks. Gradually add in sugar and salt. Fold pecans into the mixture. Spread mixture evenly on the sheet pan. Drizzle melted butter over the pecans.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on paper towel.
