12 oz Fettucini
1 cup Cream
¾ cup Butter
Minced garlic (optional)
1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
Salt
White pepper
Fresh grated nutmeg

Cook fettuccini according to directions on package. Heat butter. If using minced garlic, add to butter. Heat cream in a separate pan.
Swirl pasta quickly through butter. Add cheese. Toss with two forks.
Pour warm cream on top. Mix well by constant tossing. Season. Serve immediately.
