This salad is so fresh and crunchy if you are looking for a refreshing side dish or meal. You can also add other veggies such as chopped peppers, cucumber or broccoli, if you do, I would chop up the pieces into fairly small bite sized pieces. Don't leave out the dill, it really adds a lot of flavor to this salad

Yields1 Serving
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce or iceburg
 8 oz baby spinach, chopped
8 hard boiled eggs, chopped or sliced in rings
 1 lb bacon, chopped
 4 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch of green onions, sliced
8 oz grated cheesebest to grate your own cheese
 1 oz frozen peas(approx 1 1/4 cups)
Dressing
 ½ cup mayo
 ½ cup sour cream
 1 tbsp sugar
 fresh dill sprinkled on top
optional other veggies such as cucumbers, peppers or broccoli

Use a glass trifle bow for this salad. Layer salad ingredients in order as above around the perimeter of the bowl. Fill the center with lettuce if needed. Spread dressing over top to cover. Sprinkle with dill to garnish, this really creates the best flavor for this salad. Refrigerate up to 8 hours. Toss before serving.
