A simple classic salad that’s great for a potluck.
8 oz Bacon fried until crisp
5 cups Florets or about 1 bunch broccoliBoil about 3 minutes. Run under cold water. Drain
⅓ Red onion, chopped
½ cup White raisins
Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Combine and marinate
Add dressing to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour Sprinkle with bacon bits and sunflower seeds. serve.
