Classic version, nothing fancy.
5 cups fresh apples (or peaches)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dark brown sugar
½ cup flour
½ cup butter(or coconut oil)

Slice all of the apples evenly and arrange in a pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and cut in butter until it is crumbly. Spread all over the apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
