 10 cups Frozen hash brown potatoes
 ¼ cup Butter
 1 Can cream of chicken soup
 12 oz Sour cream
 ½ cup Milk
 ½ cup Onion, chopped, saute
 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
 Salt and pepper
Cornflake Topping
 3 cups Cornflakes, sauté in butter for a minute
 Butter

I heat hashbrowns, butter, soup, milk, and onions until hash browns are thawed, then I add sour cream and cheese. Mix together.
Put in 9x13 pan. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Add cornflakes for topping. Bake for another thirty minutes. until it’s bubbling and browned around the edges.
