 8 oz Cheddar cheese(Finely grated)
 ½ cup Butter, cut into pieces
 1 cup Flour
 Pinch of cayenne pepper

Mix cheddar cheese, butter, and cayenne pepper.
Blend in flour. Form into a smooth ball.
Wrap ball in Saran Wrap. Chill at least one hour. Divide dough into 3 or 4 equal parts. Roll into cylinder about an inch in diameter. Wrap and chill in the freezer for about 15 more minutes. Unwrap and cut into 1/8” pieces. Place on baking sheet about 1 1/2” apart.
Bake for 10 minutes. Do not brown. Serve with veggies or fruit.
