Another lunch idea with vague instructions..
serve open faced on flatbread or take it up a notch, by serving it with arugula or spinach on french bread, grilled like a grilled cheese with butter and parmesan cheese.

Mix all the ingredients together according to taste.

Healthier Options: Use red wine or balsamic vinegar and olive oil instead of Mayo.

Toppings: Arugula or spinach, feta..olives...

Higher Calorie options but extra good: Grill sandwich in french bread on a stovetop like a grilled cheese sandwich in butter and parmesan cheese.
