Somebody needs to test this recipe to make sure this is grandmas correct recipe.

Mix the butter, sugar and 1 3/4 flour and put 1/4c on the board and roll to 1/3" tp 1/2" thick. Cut strips about 1" wide with a pizza cutter or knife, and then criss cross the strips. The cookies will be a diamond shape. Bake at 300 degrees F for approximately 25 minutes, until slightly brown.
