
Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar with pastry blender.
Pat on 11x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix beaten eggs, sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, and rhubarb.
Pour on baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
