
Crust:
Cut 1 cup butter into brown sugar and flour.
Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Filling:
Beat together eggs, dark syrup, sugar, vanilla, and butter.
Stir in pecans.
Spread over crust. Reduce heat to 275 degrees. Bake 50 minutes until set.
