1Medium head cauliflower (2 lb)Broken into flowerets
1cupSour cream
1cupShredded cheddar cheese
1tbspFlour
2tspChicken bouillon
1tspDried mustard
⅓cupWalnuts
¼cupFine dried bread crumbs
1tbspButter, melted

Simmer cauliflower 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, flour, bouillon, mustard. Spoon over cauliflower. Mix walnuts, crumbs, and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake til hot and bubbly 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
